About the Role

Anderson Knight Recritment are currently seeking a resilient and highly organised HR Adviser to join our busy People team in a fast-paced, operational environment. This is a fully onsite role where you will be managing a high volume of ER casework and providing hands-on support to managers across the business.

This position would suit an experienced HR professional who thrives in a dynamic setting, is confident handling complex employee relations matters, and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish (disciplinary, grievance, absence management, performance, investigations)

  • Advising and coaching line managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice

  • Supporting formal meetings and hearings, including note-taking where required

  • Ensuring compliance with UK employment law and internal policy

  • Monitoring case progress and maintaining accurate HR records

  • Supporting organisational change processes where required

  • Contributing to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

About You

  • CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience

  • Strong experience in managing high-volume ER casework independently

  • Confident working in a fast-paced, operational environment

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively

  • Resilient, pragmatic and solutions-focused

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge appropriately

  • Comfortable being onsite full time and visible within the business
