Role and responsibilities
Two experienced registered nurses who already hold a first level adult nursing degree have an exciting opportunity to join our team as community Band 5 staff nurses.
Applicants require significant nursing experience and demonstrable leadership and communication skills and evidence of continuing development. They must be passionate about a career in community services and be motivated to work autonomously within a dynamic environment as part of the wider HSCP. As a community staff nurse you will work within the Primary Health Care team under the direction and supervision of the District Nurse to assess and deliver an agreed plan of care to individuals within a community setting. A clean current driving licence is required.
One post is 22.2 hours, working a pattern of 3 days over 7 including weekends, public holidays and back shifts. The second post is 18.5 hours, working 5 shifts over 14 days including weekends, public holidays and back shifts.
