Overview

An opportunity has arisen to join our existing Human Resources team, for a Workforce Planning and Information Lead at NHS Golden Jubilee. You will provide a professional and comprehensive Workforce Planning and Information service to various different stakeholders within NHS Golden Jubilee.

Responsibilities

  • Provide workforce data and e-rostering systems, ensuring that all services are providing customer focused data solutions.
  • Operational responsibility for the provision of workforce data and e-rostering systems.

Qualifications

You will have substantial experience in the provision of Workforce Planning and the use of workforce information in supporting the development of people and service planning across services. You will be postgraduate qualified with significant practical workforce planning experience, with knowledge in utilising a range of systems to provide data insight. You will also be proficient in workforce and data analytics to provide comprehensive reports. Experience within a large public sector organisation, preferably NHS. You must have good time management skills with the ability to manage workload effectively. Excellent communication, influencing and people management skills together with a solution focused approach are also essential in this role.
