The vacancy is the result of a long standing employee seeking a fresh and new challenge after feeling that they have taken the role as far as they can.
Reporting into the managing director you will be accountable for a team of HR professionals and will be office based 5 days per week.
The Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to drive the strategic and operational delivery of the HR function within the business. There will be a high degree of culture change/management, organisational development and business as usual HR tasks.
On a day-to-day basis you can expect to be responsible for the following;
Act as a senior HR representative within the executive team to ensure the implementation and delivery of the HR agenda.
Manage the development and delivery of culture programmes within the organisation ensuring that talent management, company policies and practices are maintained.
Management of the HR team ensuring that the HR team is strongly embedded into the widder organisation.
Provide business partnering advice to all levels of the corporate structure ensuring policy adherence and good practice.
Manage and maintain, in conjunction with the finance team, talent budgets and talent pools.
Lead and oversee the day to day HR operations of a highly complex and multi revenue business.
Assessment of organisational HR needs and work with your team in the delivery of these.
The Requirements
We are seeking a highly experienced, senior HR manager/HR director who is looking to embed their culture and organisational development skills into a complex and prestigious brand. We would expect the successful applicant to be CIPD qualified and have a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience (gained within the UK). Our client has a brand that is internationally recognised and has a level of sophistication that there competitors could only dream of. We are seeking forward thinking leaders who will be able to lead the organisation though its next phase of its plans.
Our client does not hold a license to offer study support so will only consider applicants who are able to work unrestricted within the UK and who are based in the immediate vicinity.
