Salary: £14.54 – £15.72 per hour (£20,358 – £22,071 per annum)

We have an opportunity for a scheduling assistant to join our Customer Experience Team on a permanent, part-time basis working 27 hours per week over 3/4 days on a rota basis.

• Working 3 days for 2 weeks and 4 days for 1 week including every 3rd weekend

What we’re looking for in this role: 

Working with our Customer Experience team you will be responsible for staff cover arrangements to ensure our housing developments have sufficient staff, and the management of data for the rota management software system. 

You will also develop and maintain positive relationships with external agencies in coordinating cover arrangements and invoicing processes. 

This is an exciting and challenging post for those who like to drive improvement in our customers’ experience by being empowered to make quick decisions, right for the customer. 

Skills and Experience: 

You will have excellent IT, written and communication skills and an ability to work closely with colleagues across Trust. You will be at the very heart of the organisation and require a broad skill set to meet a wide variety of duties, including being highly organised and able to work in a structured way.
