Risk, Compliance & Data Protection Lead

Job Description

Rettie & Co is seeking a Risk, Compliance & Governance Lead to develop and operate Rettie’s enterprise risk, governance and compliance framework, providing specialist advice, assurance and clear reporting to support proportionate decision making.

The postholder reports to the COO, line-manages the Risk & Compliance Analyst, and serves as HMRC Compliance Officer and Data Protection Lead across Rettie’s estate agency business, based in Edinburgh or Glasgow with travel as required.
