Regional Membership Growth Lead – Edinburgh & East

Job Description

The National Trust for Scotland is seeking a Regional Membership Manager for Edinburgh & East to lead membership growth, drive recruitment, and support properties with targeted action plans. You will supply strategic insight to campaigns, coordinate staff training, and help expand engagement across our Edinburgh & East region.

You will work closely with property teams to deliver recruitment activity, optimise the member journey, and contribute to the Trust’s broader Membership Strategy.
