Night Operations Lead – Safe, Welcoming Student Housing

Job Description

Unite Group, operating Unite Students and Hello Student brands, is recruiting a Night Operations Supervisor in Glasgow. You will lead night shifts to keep the accommodation safe, supervise the night team, and act as the escalation point for incidents and resident needs, coordinating responses and maintaining high service standards.

You will work closely with the wider property team to ensure handovers between shifts and a safe, supportive environment for residents.
