Senior Lawyer, Complex Lending & Growth (12-Month Contract)

Job Description

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Senior Lawyer to support complex lending propositions within CIB. The role covers leveraged finance, infrastructure & project finance, funds finance, and investment grade lending, reporting to DPL and CIB Legal leadership.

You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver pragmatic legal risk management and commercial outcomes. The position is a fixed-term contract of approximately 12 months with a hybrid arrangement requiring two days in the office per week
