Job Description

  • Provide Employment Tax advisory services to start-ups, scale-ups, private businesses, and FTSE-listed multinationals
  • Advise clients on pay and benefits, employment status, and UK employment tax issues
  • Manage own tasks proactively and collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery and provide additional services
  • Manage a substantial client portfolio profitably
  • Participate in bids and proposals for new work
  • Develop client relationships and build an internal and external network
  • Contribute to marketing and PR opportunities
  • Manage staff and engage with client senior management

Requirements

  • Ability to maintain in-depth, up-to-date knowledge of taxation
  • Specialist knowledge and ability to deal with complex tax issues
  • Project management experience
  • Staff management experience
  • Ability to manage a substantial client portfolio profitably
  • Experience participating in bids/proposals for new work
  • Ability to take advantage of marketing/PR opportunities
  • Ability to develop an internal and external network of contacts and start winning own work
  • Experience dealing with client senior management
  • Educated to degree level and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or qualified by experience
