Job Description

The Scottish Public Pensions Agency (SPPA) in Tweedbank, Scottish Borders, has an opening for a Pensions Administrator Support on a fixed-term appointment to 31 October 2028. You will respond to member enquiries and provide administrative support across our Operational Delivery teams, handling calls and digital contacts, and updating member records.

The role blends customer service, data handling and office administration.
