M-KOPA is seeking a Senior People Partner to own the people agenda for our Product organisation and central functions. You will partner with product, design and digital lending leaders to shape talent strategy across multiple markets and operating models.

You’ll lead workforce planning, capability development and people analytics to inform decisions, while collaborating with ER, culture and corporate communications teams. This is a fully remote role with global scope andgrowth potential.
