Job Description

Coherent is seeking an HR Operations Specialist (German speaking) in Glasgow to support employees across EMEA and North America. You will handle queries, maintain records, and process lifecycle changes in a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

You will work with Payroll, Benefits and HR Systems to deliver end-to-end support, ensure data accuracy, GDPR compliance and a high standard of employee experience across multiple regions.
