CMS UK is seeking an HR Advisor – Business Services Projects to support people initiatives, HR projects and change activity across Business Services. You will provide high-quality generalist HR advice and coordinate activity with managers and HR colleagues.

The role combines project delivery and HR advisory work across the employee lifecycle, including performance management, secondments, flexible working, and wellbeing. Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making are essential.
