Job Description

InPost UK is seeking a Graduate People & Culture Partner to begin a two-year program. You’ll rotate across five HR specialisms, gaining experience in Shared Services, Business Partnering, Recruitment, Organisational Development, and Internal Communications.

You’ll develop commercial insight, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, while embracing technology and AI to improve HR processes. Edinburgh-based role with UK travel opportunities.
