Aberdeen Cyrenians is hiring a Relief Support Practitioner for Wernham House. Flexible shifts include mornings, evenings and weekends to provide person-centred care in service users’ own homes. Role involves safeguarding, care planning and collaboration with families and multi-disciplinary teams.

Essential qualification: N/SVQ3 in Care or equivalent, with commitment to achieve within five years; strong communication and IT skills required. Salary £13.46/hour plus annual leave.
