Stafforce is recruiting Production Operatives to join the team at the Young’s Seafood facility in Fraserburgh. No previous food production experience is required as full training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing and packing seafood products
• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
• Labelling and packaging finished goods
• Following food safety and hygiene procedures
• Working as part of a supportive production team
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

What We’re Looking For

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliability and good attendance
• Ability to work well within a team
• Good attention to detail
• Previous experience is welcome but not essential as full training is provided
