AI-Driven Contract Specialist: Draft, Negotiate & Accelerate Deals

Job Description

Moody’s Investors Service seeks a contract specialist to manage the full lifecycle of commercial agreements across a dedicated portfolio. You will draft, negotiate, and execute Tier 1 sales contracts while aligning with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

In this role you will collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Billing to resolve issues, accelerate closures, and ensure accuracy of customer and transaction data in CRM systems. Fluency in English and French is required.
