HC-One is seeking a Deputy Home Manager for our Scotland East Whitburn care home. You will ensure clinical care meets regulatory standards, provide specialist nursing support, and cover the Home Manager in their absence.

You will mentor staff, maintain meaningful records, and uphold our values of kindness and person-centred care. A valid NMC PIN and knowledge of National Standards are essential.
