Luddon Construction Ltd, based in Glasgow, seeks an experienced HR & Recruitment Manager to lead and develop HR and recruitment across multiple sites. You will oversee onboarding, payroll alignment, and administration, ensuring compliant and efficient people processes.

The successful candidate will partner with managers to drive recruitment, talent management and workforce planning, supporting policies and continuous improvement within the HR function.
