Urban Practice in Edinburgh seeks a Patient Care Advisor to join a large, multidisciplinary team. You will handle patient contact, diary scheduling, and administrative duties in a fast-paced general practice.

Training is provided and the role emphasizes patient confidentiality, professionalism, and a calm, friendly telephone manner. Hours are negotiable: 24 hours (12:00-18:00, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri) or 20 hours (13:00-18:00, Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri).
