Strategic Employee Relations Advisor Hybrid, 6-Month Contract

Job Description

Harvey Nash Group is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor on a 6-month contract (Inside IR35) with a hybrid work pattern in Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will manage ER casework, advise on fair processes, and help develop and review HR policies in line with civil service values.

The role requires strong policy drafting and collaboration with trade unions to ensure colleagues have an effective voice, with a focus on accurate policy reviews and practical case management.
