HR Systems Specialist: Oracle Fusion & Process Improvement

Job Description

Heriot Watt University Edinburgh is seeking a Business Systems Specialist (HR) to support and develop the HR system (Oracle Fusion) across HR and related services. You will deliver system enhancements, support reporting obligations and coordinate updates, working with HR teams, IS colleagues and external partners.

Essential experience includes HRIS support in a large organisation, requirements gathering, data analysis and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
