Action for Children in Balerno (Edinburgh) is seeking Residential Support Workers to join our brand-new Al Rahman House. You’ll support one young person aged 16 in home and community settings, working with health professionals and behaviour support specialists to ensure the best possible care.

You’ll help the young person build independence and confidence, encourage positive choices, and create a calm, safe space.
