Job Description

The Red House in Johnstone is seeking a Residential Support Worker to support young people aged 12 to 19 with complex needs. You will play a key role in delivering person-centred care within a nurturing, safe environment.

You will work as part of a team, liaising with families, social workers and agencies, and ensuring all activities align with safeguarding requirements and national standards.
