Barnardo’s Works Highland is seeking an energetic Employer Liaison Officer to connect with local employers and create meaningful work experiences for young people aged 14-24 across Highland. This field role focuses on outreach, building relationships, and opening doors to life-changing opportunities.

You’ll work with a small, dedicated team to support placements, internships, and jobs, driving practical pathways into the labour market and empowering young people to succeed.
