Youth Employability Facilitator

Job Description

Action for Children in Inverclyde is recruiting an Employment Facilitator to support 16-24 year olds facing barriers. You’ll deliver personalised employability programmes, one-to-one support, and career planning, helping young people progress to jobs, training or further study.

You’ll work within a proactive team, coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and ensuring high-quality, outcome-focused support while keeping records up to date and compliant with policy.
