Job Description

Barnardo’s is seeking a team member to help young people aged 16-24 transition to employment, education, or training. This role involves managing a case load in both community and center settings, developing action plans, and fostering relationships. Ideal candidates understand the employability pipeline and the issues young people face in securing and maintaining jobs. Strong recording skills and ability to manage targets are essential. A driving license is advantageous.
