Youth Employability Coach – Edinburgh & Lothians

Job Description

Barnardo’s in Edinburgh is recruiting an Employability Project Worker to help disengaged young people into employment, education or training. You will deliver group work and one-to-one sessions, guiding participants through action planning, CV writing and progress toward SQA qualifications.

The role offers a fully funded program until March 2028, with opportunities to extend subject to funding. Salary £29,507 per year, 37 hours, based in Edinburgh.
