Youth Employability Coach – 1:1 Holistic Support

Job Description

Camphill Blair Drummond is seeking an Employment Support Coordinator to provide person-centred, 1:1 support for young people with additional needs. You will identify interests, strengths and goals using a tailored profile and work at the pace of the individual to help reach their potential.

The role operates under a fixed-term contract until 31 March 2027, with partnership work alongside Stirling Council and funding programs. A commitment to high standards of care is essential.
