Job Description

Alzheimer Scotland is seeking a part-time Young Onset Post Diagnostic Support Link Worker (YOPDSLW) to deliver high-quality PDS to people newly diagnosed with young-onset dementia and their families. The role is based in Glasgow Bridgeton Brain Health and Dementia Resource Centre and involves working with a national team.

You will use the 5 pillar model, providing flexible, person-centred support, including virtual meetings.
