Job Description

Fife Young Carers SCIO is seeking a Participation and Engagement Coordinator to lead a new programme connecting current and former Young Carers across Fife. The role focuses on engagement, mentoring, storytelling and peer support, ensuring lived experience shapes service design.

The role involves coordinating networks of mentors, reaching hidden Young Adult Carers, and fostering inclusive spaces. Some evenings and weekends may be required; PVG membership is essential.
