Job Description
The Recruitment Co are recruiting for a Yard Operative in Dundee. Immediate start, temporary basis with potential to go permanent.
Pay rate: 12.50 Per Hour
Location: Dundee
Contract: Working on a 12 Week Temporary Contract with a view to going permanent after 12 weeks
Shift pattern: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm
Candidates must have a in date and valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
Duties:
- Loading and unloading deliveries / orders using the Forklift
- Collating orders from a pick list ensuring quantities are correct
- Checking off-hire equipment for damage and replacing back into store
- Carrying out stock checks
- Keeping the yard clean and tidy at all times
- Assisting customers with any queries who come onto site
What we are looking for:
- Available for an immediate start
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Has a valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Accustomed to heavy lifting and manual work
- Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse or similar environment
- High Attention to detail
