Concept Resources are currently recruiting for a professional and customer-focused Workplace Host to work within a corporate banking environment in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with front of house, reception, hospitality or security experience looking to work within a modern corporate setting.
Pay Rate
- £12.71 per hour PAYE

About the Role
- Front of house customer service
- Security reception support
You will be the first point of contact for visitors, staff and contractors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment is maintained at all times.
Duties Include
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Managing reception and visitor access procedures
- Providing workplace and customer support
- Assisting with meeting room management
- Supporting building security procedures
- Handling enquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintaining high presentation standards across front of house areas
Requirements
- Previous reception, hospitality, workplace, concierge or security experience preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Smart and professional appearance
- Comfortable working within a corporate banking environment
