Job Description

Holland & Barrett in Aberdeen is seeking a Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations, stock, merchandising and health and safety compliance while developing colleagues through training and coaching.

You’ll work with the Regional Manager to share best practices and optimise performance across the store network, with a strong focus on growth, wellness expertise and customer-first service.
