Wheatley Care is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Assistant to support adults with learning disabilities in West Lothian. You will work in a trauma-informed, person-centred way, promoting safety, independence and wellbeing.

The role requires empathy, strong communication and a respectful, non-discriminatory attitude as you help individuals live safely in their own homes and engage with their local communities.
