Welders/Fabricators (Days or Nights)
18-19PH (30% Allowance for Night Shift)
First Achieve Engineering Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with our client in North
Lanarkshire as they look to recruit an experienced Time-Served Welder to support a growing
workload and upcoming project pipeline.
18.00 – 19.00 per hour
Monday-Friday Day Shift (Standard hours 7am-3.30pm with overtime available) Night Shift Mon-Thu 8pm-6am
Essential Requirements:
Time-Served Welder/Fabricator
Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
Proficient in MIG, TIG and Stick welding techniques
Ability to read and interpret engineering and fabrication drawings
Experience welding steel, stainless steel and aluminium
Full Right to Work in the UK
The Role:
Welding a variety of materials to a high standard.
Working from engineering drawings and specifications.
Ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Supporting production targets and project deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Important: Due to the nature of the role and upcoming project requirements, all
candidates must be confident in their welding ability. A practical weld test will be conducted
on day one prior to employment being confirmed.
