Job Description

Shorterm are seeking TIG Welders for a construction project in Alloa, Scotland. While local candidates are preferred, we encourage all qualified applicants to apply. Below are the key details:

Position Details:
Start Date: Immediate
Contract Duration: 2 months
Pay Rates: 26.24 per hour (CIS) for basic hours, 34.53 per hour for overtime
Working Hours: 55 hours per week, Monday to Friday (overtime applies after 38 hours)

Qualifications Required:
Relevant NVQ/SVQ
CCNSG Safety Passport

Weld Test Information:
Candidates must pass the following weld test

6″ xxs TIG and MMA
2″ xxs carbon steel TIG
2″ xxs stainless steel TIG

Testing will take place in Teesside. We will cover travel expenses, accommodation, and testing costs
