About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Elgin 1 Factory Weighdown team on a full time, permanent basis.

Must be 18+ to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients as per production programme in preparation for production
• Work with and report to department chargehand
• Follow GMP best practices
• Complete traceability records
• Maintain hygiene standards
• Good understanding of food safety
• FLT License advantageous, but not essential

Skills Required

• Team player
• Good communication and literary skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Flexible to cover colleagues’ annual leave.

Working Hours

38 hours per week

5am-1:30pm (Mon- Thu) 5am-11:30 (Fri)
