A well-known recruitment agency is seeking a Customer Service Advisor based in Inverness or Nairn. In this role, you will provide 1st line IT support and ensure a positive customer experience. This position involves responding to customer requests via phone, email, and web chat, logging requests, and advising on issues. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, with training provided for those new to IT support. Hourly pay is £12.60, minimum 14 hours per week, on weekends.
