Job Description

Kpi-Recruiting-Ltd is seeking a Sous Chef for temporary holiday cover in Glenrothes. This role involves preparing and serving breakfast and lunch for around 60 employees in a professional environment, ensuring high food hygiene standards.

Key requirements include previous chef experience, knowledge of food hygiene, and a reliable, positive attitude. The position offers no weekend work and consists of weekday shifts from 7:00am to 3:30pm.
