IKEA Edinbrugh is seeking a Warehouse Team Manager to lead the Fulfilment Operations Team. You will drive efficient workflows, maximise stock availability and ensure a safe, compliant workplace while coaching a diverse team to keep products moving and customers happy.

We expect proven leadership in a busy warehouse, a results driven mindset, and strong communication. The role includes manual handling of heavy stock and requires flexibility across 39 hours per week.
