Ward Nurse: Care Assessment & Discharge Coordination

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is recruiting a Registered Nurse to assess care needs, develop and evaluate care programmes and deliver high-quality patient care on the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital ward.

As part of the multidisciplinary team, you will work with colleagues to plan discharge, teach related care pathways, and maintain accurate records while ensuring effective daily operations in the ward.
