A vacancy has arisen for the post of a Ward Clerk in the busy Orthopaedic ward based at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. This role is fast paced and challenging.

You should have strong interpersonal skills with a good telephone manner, be computer literate and possess excellent keyboard skills. Knowledge of the working practices of hospital processes within a medical records or clinical area is required; training will be provided.

Hours of work are 36 hours per week – Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 3:42 pm. The position may require additional hours during leave periods.

The successful candidate will have to comply with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland throughout employment.
