Waiting List Manager – Paediatrics & Neonates (Flexible FT)

Job Description

NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde (NHSGGC) is recruiting a Waiting List Manager within Women and Children’s Services. Based at the Royal Hospital for Children, you will lead waiting list operations, ensure timely care, and support national targets across multiple sites.

You will supervise administrative staff, analyse data to identify risks, optimise patient flow, and work with clinical teams to improve pathways and performance in a major NHS board.
