Job Description

Working Hours

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday

Security Clearance

Requires the ability & willingness to undergo and obtain a Secure Vetting (SC) clearance.

Pre-Sales

Support solution design, scoping, and pricing to deliver competitive customer proposals.

Solution Design

Develop, document, and gain approval for network solutions aligned to standards and security requirements.

Implementation

Deliver network installations to agreed engineering standards, ensuring successful change management, SLA achievement, and budget compliance.

Service Handover

Complete Acceptance into Live Service (AILS), provide support documentation, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Continuous Improvement

Maintain process documentation and embed best practices following the introduction of new technologies.

Qualifications

Proficient experience designing, configuring and implementing Cisco LAN, WLAN and WAN solutions within enterprise environments.

Strong hands on expertise across Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Meraki, UCS, F5 BIG IP and Cisco ISE technologies.

Solid understanding of routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF and BGP.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Visio.

Self motivated team player with the ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
