Job Description

Overview

Connect Appointments are recruiting an experienced VNA Driver to join our Livingston based logistics client.


What’s on offer?


  • Full-time temporary position


  • Paid weekly at £12.75 per hour (£12.95 after training)


  • Working Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 20:30 – starting earlier on Monday’s



Responsibilities


  • Operating VNA trucks safely within a busy warehouse environment


  • Moving, loading and stacking stock efficiently and accurately


  • Using handheld scanners for stock management and order processing


  • Keeping operating areas clear of obstructions and carrying out regular equipment checks


  • Adhering to all warehouse health and safety requirements



Please Note: This position involves working at heights, reaching up to 9.50 metre; and manual handling of boxes that can weigh between 2 kg and 20 kg.


Qualifications


  • A valid VNA licence


  • Previous FLT experience in a warehouse or similar environment


  • Experience using handheld scanners


  • Good attention to detail and spatial awareness
