Job Description

The National Trust for Scotland’s Mackintosh Tearooms in Glasgow is seeking a proactive VSM – Food & Beverage to lead the operational delivery of visitor experiences across historic tea rooms, dining and event spaces.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will motivate a team of staff and volunteers, drive financial performance, uphold high food standards, and foster a safe, welcoming atmosphere for visitors and members.
