R(D)SVS Hospital for Small Animals
Part time: 28 hours per week with flexibility in hours essential (working days Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday)

The Opportunity
We are looking for a confident, outgoing individual with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working in a fast paced environment, you will be part of a friendly, supportive team whose emphasis is on delivering high level client care from the moment our clients contact the veterinary clinics.
Responsibilities
- Assist new clients in their referral journey
- Book appointments for clinical services
- Deal with telephone and email queries from clients and referring veterinary surgeons
- Manage paperwork and scanning
- Maintain tidy and professional appearance in areas of responsibility
- Ensure provision of gold standard customer care
Reception opening hours are 8 am – 7 pm Monday to Friday. The post holder will work Monday to Wednesday within these hours on a weekly rotating shift pattern, and will also work every Saturday 9 am – 5 pm.
This post is part time, 28 hours per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday).
