We’re partnering with an ambitious, fast-growing technology client, transforming how software is built and operated in the space industry. Their platforms power organisations across the globe – from universities and space agencies to cutting-edge commercial ventures – helping them develop and run space-based systems faster, more cost-effectively, and more reliably.
Now, as they enter an exciting new phase of growth, they’re looking for a talented UX/UI Designer to play a key role in shaping the user experience across a suite of interconnected technical products.
This is more than a design role. It’s an opportunity to influence how complex, technical systems become intuitive, accessible and genuinely enjoyable to use.
The Opportunity
You’ll work at the heart of the Technology & Product Futures team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers and stakeholders to:

Shape user journeys across multiple products

Conduct meaningful UX research and usability testing

Translate complex requirements into simple, elegant solutions
-
Design wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity interfaces

Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system

Ensure accessibility, consistency and quality across the product suite
You’ll be trusted to take ownership of defined problem spaces, delivering thoughtful, well-executed solutions while contributing to the ongoing evolution of design practices.
What We’re Looking For

2+ years’ experience in UX/UI design for digital products

Strong command of tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite
-
Solid understanding of UX principles and accessibility standards

Experience conducting usability testing and synthesising insights

Ability to design polished, intuitive interfaces with minimal oversight

Confidence collaborating cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Bonus points for:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS or basic JavaScript

Experience in complex or highly technical domains

Hands-on moderation of user research sessions
